“I was disappointed with the service actually. For the money paid, it was really just a case of visit your doctor and suggestions about products, but I didn't feel there was any real interest taken in my problem and to be honest a waste of money.”

Hello Karen and thank you for your honest review, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in the consultation. You'd think if you just visited your GP they would have given you the same advice (and in some cases that may be the case), but GP's are not very good with hair loss issues and in many cases the problem is misdiagnosed and/or mistreated and so the patient is left with no answers and a hair loss problem which continues to get worse over time. By visiting us we ensure our patients get you the correct diagnosis and treatment. I'm satisfied in my diagnosis and your treatment plan we put together via your GP when I wrote to them and informed them on what the problem is and the next steps they (and the NHS can take). Unfortunately not all hair loss problems can be solved and I have to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm confident if you follow up with the treatment plan your issue will not get any worse. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when you placed your order we were updating our website, so none of the links were working as they should have been. We now have an improved website so it is now quicker and faster when placing your order.
