I visited Iain several months ago. I was suffering from an unbearably itchy scalp. He identified the issue and recommended a shampoo and serum. I couldn't really get on with the shampoo after using it for a few weeks. Although it did initially help my symptoms it seemed to stop working. I also came to really dislike the metallic smell of the shampoo. I switched to an unperfumed shampoo and have tried to wash my hair more frequently as Iain recommended which has helped a lot. The serum is an absolute godsend I use it every night and it stops my scalp itching throughout the night which was my main issue. I also think it has helped strengthen and thicken my hair. Overall I am very happy with Iain's advice and will continue to wash my hair frequently and use the serum to keep the itching under control.
