“I have given 3 stars as thought Iain a little unprofessional drinking coffee at my online consultation and also despite asking me to let him know when I had my dermatology appointment he has never bothered to acknowledge that or ask how I got on. The advice he gave was correct.”

“The blood testing home kit was not very successful so had to do it again the second one was also not successful had to get blood results off my own doctor in the end. I will see what the going forward plan of vitamin D and Regain mousse brings, no success as of yet if anything my hair is getting thinner.”

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review. We understand the blood test kits we recommend are sometimes difficult to use, but these are provided by a separate company we simply recommend. If this is unsuccessful we always help request blood tests from the GP. Any treatment plan we recommend usually does not see much progress for at least 6-9 months as this is the rate of correcting the underlying issues and seeing a visible increase in hair density. We would advise contacting us again 6 months into your treatment plan for a follow up consultation so we an ensure this is working for you and revise if we are not happy with progress at that point.
