“Having never heard of the need to apostille documents before I was concerned that this could be a long burearocratic process. However Hague Apostille have a very user-friendly online order process. So filling in the required information online was very easy. All that was necessary then was to send the original documents and order to HA and they came back duly stamped and validated within 3 days. Really efficient. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and the service was worth it.”

Dear Jack, I am sorry to hear you have received the document back in this condition. We aim to take the utmost care with every document we receive and process. If the document has been bent in transit then I would like to offer my sincerest apologies on behalf of the postal service for this. We do appreciate the importance of maintaining the condition of all documents sent to us. We also aim to return these documents in hardbacked envelopes with a protective, waterproof covering.
