“Moved our Equity release mortgage to another lender. Was put in touch with GWlegal by age partnership... All communication was completed remotely with the exception of the formal transfer documentation for which they sent a local representative. Painless and swift process.”

“Although Legal and General made the process take far longer than first thought. However your side of the process, for example. If you needed any information then it was requested as a whole and not spread over weeks as was the case of Legal and General. We would like to personally thank Emma Gilhooley of GW Legal and Andrew Kirky for their part in the process keeping us informed and chasing things up when it became extremely frustrating and we couldn't see the end to any of it. We are still in contact with Emma to complete the Land Registration which we understand will take several months.”

“Everything was communicated well throughout the entire difficult process but I have asked via 2 emails to Emma for copies of the signed documents signed and witnessed by your advisor, unfortunately, they have never appeared so please would someone email a copy of the documents.
