“I just wanted a bit of oak rod to repair some over zealous drilling on my behalf. Ordering was easy and the delivery arrived on time. The rod was well packaged in that it was attached to another piece of timber to keep it straight and stop it from being broken in transit. Box size was generous.”

“I received prompt service, speedy dispatch and immaculately sawn pieces of timber. Was a little disappointed that many of the carving blank sizes were not immediately available and I would have bought more if they had been in stock. A minor quibble because there is the option to order and await an email.”
