“Everything arrived quickly and was good quality except for one of the oak blanks which had a split. A quick phone call and it was immediately replaced. Excellent customer service.”

“Ordered two blocks of lime to try. Received quickly and look fine. One has marks where it was clamped but not likely to be a problem. Good prices easy transaction. Will certainly be back for more”

“Great service - very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially as Pfeil tools are often unavailable (Pfeil's problem, not G&S) the advice about when they might come in is really helpful. Thank you!”

“Nice drawknife arrived sharp, and with a very thick protective sheath, very pleased not used in anger, yet but looking forward to it, has a very nice heft to it, Flexcut Drawknife, had to chase delivery but certainly down to having ordered after Christmas, and after enquiry response was very positive and put on a next day delivery, Excellent service.”
