“I ordered six plank of 5x1 oak for a new year project thinking that at this time of year everything takes a little longer ,anyway six lovely straight boards turned up about 10 days later. What can I say? Excellent service, first class product, I'm well pleased.merry Xmas see you in the new year.”

“Item is superior quality and made in England although I haven't used it yet I expected to give me a many years of good service. Bit disappointed at the slow delivery in 2-days running DPD said it was out for delivery then it was delayed!”

“Before I ordered, I phoned with a query about the Pfeil drawknife I eventually ordered. I was impressed that I got an immediate and knowledgeable reply from the chap who answered the phone. I also ordered some end seal, making an awkward parcel. It all arrived beautifully packed and quickly. Good price too.”
