“I was looking to purchase a very specific tool where there are only a few suppliers in the UK. I enquired about their stock and Matt in their team was very prompt at getting back to me. Superb customer service! I placed my order which was dispatched and delivered extremely fast. I'm a very happy customer, I will be using them again and I would 100% recommend!”

“An excellent supplier and company. I found them via ‘Google’ when I couldn’t find any of the mainstream suppliers who not just stocked what I wanted but offered delivery. I am so pleased I found them. Great product range, competitive prices and excellent quality. I was amazed at the turn around on oak architrave that was made to order. It shipped and arrived within 3-days of me ordering. Excellent service and the price was excellent too!”

“I purchased a Pfeil curved gouge (L7) and a Pfeil chip carving knife from G&S Specialist Timber (toolsandtimber.co.uk) recently. Their prices for these items were the best I could find for companies that had these items in stock. They were delivered promptly (with free delivery over£50) by DPD, who give a texted time slot, which they met. The items were well packaged in bubble wrap around cardboard over the stock soft plastic carry cases, so the items arrived in perfect condition. Payment was straightforward with Paypal and I received all the expected confirmation emails. Can't fault any aspect of the service.”

“Coronavirus seems to have made no difference whatsoever to the really excellent standard of service I am accustomed to receiving from this retailer. I was expecting all sorts of problems especially with delayed delivery, but everything was seamless. My order arrived next day - and in good condition. Full marks!”

“Delivery was prompt. Packaging consisted of bubble wrapped around the dowel in a plastic shipping bag but there were a couple of indentations on the dowel but impossible to say how they were caused.”
