“The wheel was well protected for transit. also incuded was a bottle of anti rust solution which made the price very competitive. Highly recommended.”

“Finding the size I wanted only G&S had it in the length I wanted and in a colour close enough to the mahogany I needed. There after all very easy, arrived very quickly and heavily wrapped in cardboard to prevent damage. The advantages were range of products and sizes and quick service, Disadvatges were perhaps relatively expensive p&p but that is not cheap now and it was well packaged.”

“Timber exactly as described. Sent out quickly. Only problem was with Parcel Force who tried, according to them, to deliver it to me twice. Unfortunately they never managed to find me!! Had to pick it up from a post office.”

“Top of class customer service, I placed a small order (less than £50), I emailed 2 questions to ensure my technical requirements were correct, for such a small order I wondered if I would receive a response. “Dowels appear great prompt dispatch and delivery, however £25 delivery to the Isle of Wight seems excessive as standardly with most companies it's charged at the same price as mainland UK. Maybe an alternative delivery company maybe required.”
