“Wood delivery on time, but delivered to a neighbour's house rather than mine, with no note through door ar any communication. DPD's fault rather than G&S. At least my neighbour brought the parcel round for me.”

“Although only a small order it was provided very quickly and dispatched but it was via Fed Ex which let G&S down. Texted many delivery times each day but not achieved and wasted my waiting time. Suggest you change the delivery firm.”

“I found G&S online, while looking for a particular profile for a window board for a kitchen refurbishment project. I thought their price was competitive and the spec good and website easy to navigate. Once the order was made, I enquired about the estimated delivery timescale and Matt was most helpful. As it turned out, the shelf was delivered almost a week earlier than anticipated, well packaged and of great quality. I have to say G&S provide a genuinely 5 Star service and I thoroughly recommend them. Phil,Kent”
