“Poor service from DPD. (Courier)Replied to emails thinking it was getting to G and S, but emails were going to DPD (who did not respond) Spoke to someone at G and S and was sorted immediately.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, after your angry phone call this morning we confirmed the emails you had been sending were to the no-reply DPD delivery service email address. as agreed on the phone we have requested the parcel to be returned to sender and issued a full refund for you. “Have bought previously so returned to purchase pfeil lino block cutters as much better price than usual art suppliers online and very quick delivery which is free if over £25 spent! So I couldn't resist! I now have 6 of these and they are great tools . I have already recommended this company to another printmaker”

“i ordered 8 lenghts of tulip wood. it arrived within the time scale and very very well wrapped.although wood it was wrapped as if it was glass. absolutely no damage at all. very pleased and would recommend to anyone. will be using again.”
