“Item sent was not fit for purpose and on the phone they refused point blank to refund or replace. They were quite rude on the phone about the situation and they even had photos of the basswood I had received that was either not basswood or was certainly not suitable for carving. The reply was "sir, you just bought a piece of wood, wood is wood"!!!! BUYER BEWARE”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, A full refund was offered both on email and over the phone if the items were returned to us. Our member of staff wasn't rude over the phone but we are unable to arrange a collection for items that are of acceptable quality and as ordered as they tried to explain. Kind regards G&S
