“Love these products, the moisturisers with SPF do not leave a residue. Light but moisturising. I was given a product from a friend and liked it so I purchased some more and really happy.”

“Order a couple of shampoo bars periodically.. tried the rest but gruum is definitely the best... Bar lasts for ages and cleans my hair with one shampoo.. worth every penny..”

“My order was amazing. Like honestly all the aftershaves are so unique and inspiring. I haven’t gone around school without somebody telling me I smell good. I really appreciate how much effort you guys put into this. Only one problem was the delivery took a lot longer than expected but I got it so I’m not complaining.”

“Nice quality products. I ordered quite a few items and haven't tried everything yet but have been very happy with the ones I have tried. I particularly like the hand soaps which are lovely, very moisturising and creamy. The face washes are also very good and the mini bath bombs smell amazing”

“I absolutely love Gruum products, and regularly use the shampoo bars which I think provide outstanding results for my hair. I also enjoy using the body bars which smell divine. At Christmas time I bought the beard kit with all sorts of goodies for my son. He recently messaged me saying "mum those beard products you bought me are amazing. He particularly lives the scented oils with Sandalwood being his favourite. I love that your products are vegan and the fact that you are a sustainable company, the packaging is good, and I am delighted with the reduction in plastic usage. I would like to see you selling multi packs of products which could reduce the price of products and postage. All in all I am delighted with your company, your products and your ethical values Kind regards Dorothea McRobbie”

“I love them, all their products. Good quality and handmade with natural ingredients, and this is what I love most. Their customer support is really good, fast and helpful. Also I love the fact that the package uses cardboard, that fits in your letterbox. I like the company is pro-recycling and helping to the planet. PS: When I receive their products each time I feel so pampered. =)”

“Mixed review on products I wrote a big review but sadly this site lost it! The pulse roller is very good! Smells amazing The relaxing sleep mist is good but poor packaging and leaked Face mask block is awful the worst I have ever used! I through out my cloth it was so hard to take off and apply to be honest. The bath butter needs to be pre cut as it melts in your hand and makes a mess breaking it plus it didn’t melt in my bath properly and left chunks on my bath pillow. Smells good tho. Very high price for what I would say is only 4 baths worth. Overall loved the pulse roller the others I wouldn’t say are worth it personally. Nice smells all round tho! Just needs more work to perfect! Thanks”

“I ordered the free gift just paying delivery charge. In my parcel, I received the clay mask bar, the relaxing mist spray, the pulse point roller and the relaxing bath butter. I’ll start with the positive, the pulse point roller was amazing. I love this product well packaged and smells brilliant. However, I was less impressed by the other items. I think a little bit more work needs to be done on them. The bath butter smell amazing, but it’s really not that easy to break off without it or just melting and crumbling. I think you’re better off cutting it prior so that you can use it for your baths. I also found that they don’t melt all that easy when I got out of the bath and the water drained away there was loads of lumps of it everywhere all stuck to my bath pillow. It was however nice when you rub it on your skin directly rather than melting it in the bath. The relaxing mist spray smells amazing again a good product but poorly packaged. It was leaking everywhere when it arrived and it still continues to leak now the bottle just feels a little bit cheap but it is a nice smell. Lastly, the clay mask bar! I think it was the worst experience of a clay mask I’ve ever had. I did exactly what the instructions said and it kept crumbling out of my hand down the sink in the end. I stopped running it under the water and just tried to make the paste in my hand. I managed to get it on my face, however, getting it back off my face was a challenge I ended up throwing away my face cloth. Really not very user-friendly and it is only one singular use so I think for the prize point probably not that great. The only item I would buy again is the roller pulse point. However, I haven’t tried their other products they make. All in all I was a little bit disappointed in some of the aspects, but I do feel like they’re all fixable. Also a little bit pricey. Especially the bath butter as realistically there’s only enough in there for four baths. For £9.”
