“I have had excellent quality of service every time I've used Grisport. The boots fit well, are mega-comfortable, and when I have had to make returns because I've made the wrong choice, the return service is easy amd the refund arrives quickly and without fuss. Plus the boots do exactly what I need - cope with wet muddy dog walks twice a day. Thank you!”

“Perfect boots! Fitted well no need for breaking in, they are so comfortable and I can see they will last for years! I highly recommend this purchase. I struggle shopping for a size 3 boot as most shops do not stock this size, thank you Grisport for perfect customer care and the free gift that was also high quality and perfect for outdoor use.”

“I recently received the ladies Lakeside boots & I am so pleased with them. I really wanted another pair of teal coloured Lady Cartmel which wasn't available but I am very happy with my order. They are a beautiful colour & feel as comfortable as my other boots but I have yet to try them out This will be my fourth pair of Grisport boots & I wouldn't be without them as they are lightweight, waterproof & I don't have to break them in. I also love your socks too”

“Excellent service. I wore the boots straight out of the box as promised. They had more room at the toe so I was able to insert an orthotic. The socks that came with the order are perfect as not tight at the top. I shall be ordering more of these.”

“Customer service was second to none! The boots I wanted were showing as out of stock online so I called to see if there was more stock expected (it wasn't). In spite of this the lovely lady I spoke to went to the stock room to see if she could find me a pair (because apparently they sometimes keep a couple of pairs back "just in case"). And she called me back to say she'd found a pair in my size.”
