“Purchased a pair of walking boots with complementary add-ons. Service was very good with quick delivery and good value. However as I have not yet used the boots I cannot make meaningful comments about them.”

“4stars, only because my first order was not in stock but payment was confirmed etc. etc. so I was expecting them to be delivered but they couldn’t be. I was refunded for this fist choice and then went on to chose a different pair of boots which were delivered promptly and have been great so far, thank you”

“Excellent service and quick delivery. Pity we received a men’s pair of socks in a large size with the gators which were a free gift with our order of a pair of size 7 ladies boots. We were a tad disappointed as the boots were a gift and the socks and gators would’ve been a nice bonus if the sock had been a ladies colour and size. Other than that excellent company to deal with.”

“I love the walking shoes and this must be the 6th pair I've bought. I wear them almost every day because they are so comfortable. I would prefer not to have extras included in the price, so only 4*.”

“I have used Grisport products for a few years now & I'm currently using a pair of their leather boots, as does my wife, both which are excellent. Sadly I had to return the walking shoes I recently ordered though ( unworn ) as they were just too narrow for me. However the returns process was very easy & no doubt once I've worn out my boots I'll be replacing them with another pair of Grisports.”

“The boots are fine and are exactly what I wanted. The man that I spoke to was very helpful, and I ordered as he suggested. Reading the bumf that was in the box, it says to spray the boots with water proofer before each walk. Instead of the socks and hat etc perhaps some of the water proofer you recommend would be a good idea. Overall the service was very good.”

“The service I received from Grisport was extremely good. The boots which I ordered arrived the following day but unfortunately I had to exchange for a larger size. I rang and spoke to an extremely pleasant lady who put aside a larger pair for me. I had those a few days later. I would strongly recommend them. I am very pleased with the boots.”
