“(I am writing this on behalf of Allison Wood because I ordered, took delivery and erected our Halls Popular 4x6 Greenhouse) Although delivery took a bit longer than expected, we assume that this was due to the Christmas Holiday period. Other than that the service we received was extremely good. a special mention is due to your delivery driver. He was very helpful and friendly, a great advertisement for your company. (He also likes homemade fruit cake). The assembly of the greenhouse proved a little tricky mainly due to the poor quality is some of the instructions. This was particularly evident when it came to fitting the roof vent. It was not clear how some of the parts fitted into the overall scheme of things. Exploded diagrams would help enormously. The problem was only resolved by downloading the instructions in German which provided clearer pictures of how to proceed. I appreciate that this may not be within your control, but it could be something that Halls may wish to look at. Overall great service and I would happily recommend Greenhouse Stores to other customers.”

“Excellent service from order to delivery. The delivery driver phoned me with a time and was spot on. He was very polite friendly and very helpful. My friend and I had this installed in a day. The instructions could be clearer and in order of construction. We installed as per instructions but later on in the instructions we found we had to dismantle some parts in order to install others. This caused a bit of a delay. Overall an excellent greenhouse from Vita via which I am very happy with”

“Excellent service. Ordered Palram Greenhouse on the Wednesday and was delivered direct from Palram on the Friday. Two neatly packaged boxes. All components clearly labelled. I found it easiest to lay out all the different pieces of aluminium frame to start with on the floor so could immediately see what I needed. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and as long as you do follow them , the construction was simple. I did manage to overtighten a couple of nuts and bolts on the gable ends before putting in the polycarbonate panels . I had to loosen these up again before the sheets would slot in comfortably. Took my time in building this greenhouse which took me the best part of two days. I managed this on my own although I did need a little help to hold the side panels straight whilst I slotted in the horizontal aluminium strut. Overall I am very pleased with the result. Looks really nice and the green frame blends in well in the garden. Thoroughly recommend Greenhouse Stores and Palram Greenhouses.”
