“The greenhouse itself is good and serves its purpose very well. The instructions for assembly could have been better: the diagrams were sometimes confusing and more explanation would have helped. We wondered whether the actual design of the metal strips which form the frame was unnecessarily complex. We managed it without too much swearing, but felt it took a long time given the size of the item. However we look forward to long growing time in this greenhouse now it's complete.”

“Customer Service throughout the transaction was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and a delivery date to suit me. Phone call prior to delivery to give exact time and which arrived on the dot. Haven't unwrapped the greenhouse yet but I am sure if anything was wrong the company would be helpful.”

“Delivery was advertised as 21 days however in reality it will have taken 35 days by the time we receive the greenhouse on the 14th April. Disappointed that the money was taken from the card on order rather than before the despatch date or at least until delivery was confirmed by the greenhouse manufacturer. Cannot comment on the quality of product yet as we still have not received it.”

“Delivery within the time slot, very courteous and polite delivery man and placed everything in a safe and protected place in the garden despite the fact it was quite a windy day. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend you company to friends and relatives.”

“Generally speaking everything has gone well and I am very pleased with the greenhouse. However, I fell into the trap of using your website greenhouse base dimensions which are incorrect. Thank goodness I hadn't mortared everything into place. When I contacted the greenhouse suppliers direct they put me right and said this has happened before! Please, to save others extra work, show correct base dimensions. Otherwise I have no complaints.”

“Service from greenhouse stores was good. Only problem delivery was "up to 14 days" while the actual makers quoted 21 days. Only 1 piece of glass broken in packaging. As usual, the directions for assembly could be much easier to follow. Erected the greenhouse looks terrific!”

“Product well packed and parts marked by group. Had the greenhouse erected by person you advised and he made a good and detailed job of it. Only disappointment with it, is the lack of securing the door. Blows open in a not too strong a wind.”

“I would advise that you look over the build plans before you purchase.I was wrongly under the impression that the doors were on the shorter side. I would also be aware that you will need at least a wooden base. On saying all this although it seems a bit flimsy it has stood up to the recent winds well.”
