“The greenhouse arrived before it's scheduled delivery date. Assembly instructions were easy to follow although the window seals were fiddly to fit. Looks great now its assembled and is currently housing our tomatos. Very pleased, thank you Greenhouse Stores.”

“I was taken in to hospital so couldn't take delivery. Greenhouse stores made arrangement with my daughter-in-law so all could be delivered.”

“On the first delivery I did not get all the glass. I found the assemble instructions extremely poor. There was not sufficient wording, the diagrams were too small and not easy to see, as they were poorly printed. Some bolts should have been inserted two stages back, which necessitated some stages being disassembled.”

“The greenhouse structure itself is fine. It's what we ordered. It took over 4 weeks for the Assembly as the fitter was very busy. We paid what I think is a lot of money, £375 to wait 4 weeks. Also, the free staging was not the same colour as the greenhouse, no wonder it was free! The greenhouse shading which we did pay for has not been used as we can't work out how to fit it. We even asked some friends to help and they couldn't work it out either. The fitter told us it was simple!! That was a waste of money!”
