“the green house arrived slightly earlier than the given date I was informed by text so this wasn't a problem. The delivery went as planned. We had difficulty with part of the assembly we rang the company and got prompt and helpful advice. The assembly was relatively straightforward despite this all the components were well egineered”

“Received greenhouse in promised time it was not so easy to erect but once completed a sturdy piece of kit with the toughened glass.It would have been more useful if there had been written instructions as I had no idea what to do with the plastic pieces I think maybe should have been fitted to glass before installing.What is in the little aerosol and it’s use is anyone’s guess.”

“Greenhouse is good value for money. If I have a complaint it would be the instructions aren't clear enough, lot of time wasted re-reading, a bit of trial and error. One other thing, the seals are a real pain, either make them more substantial or pre-fit them.”

“green house good but instructions poor and hard to follow not very clear. still trying to work out how to fit door handle & how to connect up water butt to greenhouse channel p.v.c grazing bar very good but hard work to fit ( very strong thum and fingers required ) but works well in windy conditions.”

“Excellent price including base and automatic vent opener. Delivery from the Juliana group was swift and arrived when they said it would. There were a couple of bits missing from the staging which following a phone call arrived in a couple of days, All in all I was very pleased with the service and would use Greenhouse Stores again”

“Had found it difficult to find this size until I found Greenhouse Stores - looks good now its in position in dark green. Would probably have preferred one door, not two meeting in centre. Locking has been rather stiff to deal with. Delivery good right to the garage. Disappointed that water butt was not included with delivery - later advised as out of stock - eventually arrived. Instruction Book location unclear but did turn up in packages - would suggest this should be clearer. OVERALL a success and quality of greenhouse very good. One louvre glass broken, replaced immediately by post.”

“Very pleased with final product but not an easy job to construct. Instruction booklet could be a lot clearer in terms of print quality of diagrams. What is an inside view and what was an outside view was not clear. It would have been useful if the case containing the glazing had a label telling you which side to open it from otherwise you have to unpack many panes of glass to find the correct piece for fitting. Help desk ladies extremely knowledgeable and helpful, much needed on a couple of occasions!!”
