“I was taken in to hospital so couldn't take delivery. Greenhouse stores made arrangement with my daughter-in-law so all could be delivered.”

“On the first delivery I did not get all the glass. I found the assemble instructions extremely poor. There was not sufficient wording, the diagrams were too small and not easy to see, as they were poorly printed. Some bolts should have been inserted two stages back, which necessitated some stages being disassembled.”

“The greenhouse structure itself is fine. It's what we ordered. It took over 4 weeks for the Assembly as the fitter was very busy. We paid what I think is a lot of money, £375 to wait 4 weeks. Also, the free staging was not the same colour as the greenhouse, no wonder it was free! The greenhouse shading which we did pay for has not been used as we can't work out how to fit it. We even asked some friends to help and they couldn't work it out either. The fitter told us it was simple!! That was a waste of money!”

“I thought the Eden greenhouse was a bit flimsy, the window is not very well designed and would be better if self opened, I think the price is quite high and the blinds pretty useless.”

“A wonderful service. 2 lovely lads built it on the coldest March day and it was erected in a couple of hours and bolted through the concrete as I am liable to flooding! It is now full of plants and vegetables and the automatic opening windows are a joy. As I write it is over 50 in there! But we are having a heat wave!”

“Excellent service all parts delivered correctly, on opening boxes found instructions and every part had an identification label attached. You would have to be a complete idiot not to follow these guidelines. I built it without the help of any other person the main issue requiring two people is installing top cross member, but the trick is to put bolts in one end then rest part on head and move to opposite end and complete build. Easy”
