“Overall I was satisfied with the customer service I got. The only problem was with the product manual. Very unclear. Please make a better manual for self installation!”

“The greenhouse turned up without any glass, I was told by the delivery driver that I had ordered it that way. when I insisted I hadn't by talking to the delivery office, I was told that the glass would be delivered about 5 days later. There was no apology and when I explained that this would not be acceptable I was told that it was unlikely that anything else could be done, but the office would get back to me. I rang the office 3 hours later as I had not heard back to be told that the glass had in fact been on the lorry all along and it would be delivered the next day. Again no apology. The driver turned up with the glass the next day and placed it outside my house, (on a large pallet) when I asked him to lift it into the garage (6 foot away from where he had placed the pallet) he refused saying that his lorry was blocking the road. The greenhouse is nice but the service left a lot to be desired.”

“Delivered on time with call in advance. No missing parts Quality superb. Was difficult to erect without help and the instructions could be better . Would advise not just looking at the pictures , the writing has more information. The base has to be accurate across the corners for a hexagon to fit . Be careful of builders bricks under the soil if hammering in a base. Excellent overall , have recommended to my neighbour.”

“I have to admit that I was always wary of internet purchase BUT your service, delivery and ease of construction were a delight. There were times when I had to reread the instructions - at such times I told myself that Rome wasn't built in a day: and two days later it was all complete. Now, I am slowly introducing delicate plants into the greenhouse and everyone says it stands proud on its raised patio. I should add that I put it all together by myself, only seeking assistance from my tall son to insert the top automatic light. Thank you, Gerald N Hickman”
