“I used Grafter to find a groundworker. I have some enquiries and most of them were keen to work, but I felt they weee too young and had very little or no experience in ground work. One enquiry I had seemed experienced enough. But was not available the days I needed. I would use Grafter again to find workers.”

“It would be nice to get paid quicker. If the person you are working for pays after 3:30pm you get paid the next day at bank opening,well it's now 9:43am and I still haven't been paid!!!!!”

Hi Tomasz Thanks for the comment. There are two payment runs a day, one mid afternoon and one mid morning. So, if the client misses the afternoon run, you will get you money mid-morning. We would love it if we could make the payments immediate, but anti-money laundering checks don't allow it. Waiting half a day is still not bad. Most agencies or jobs pay weekly or monthly.

“Great concept and generally well executed. Sometimes the site was a bit buggy from safari iOS 14.2 and I think more attention needs to be given to the workflow of posting jobs, receiving applications, making offers, ending contract, payment, review. At times it was not clear how to complete certain tasks.”
