“Unfortunately, the wrong product was delivered and caused no end of problems. We were not told that the item we had ordered was out of stock and they just went and printed what they called an alternative which was a different product all together. We were then told we could have a £200 discount, off an order we did not want and that cost over £3000. This was more of an insult. We eventually, after much haggling, agreed to pay 50% of the cost which we were told had to be settled within 7 days as they were doing us a favour by giving us a discount. Considering we specifically did not want the product we were supplied and have now had to source an alternative and pay again, I am afraid I cannot be positive about the experience.”

“"Ordered and paid for a sample over two weeks ago. It took me chasing them to find out that they don't do sample of this particular item even though the website allows it to be ordered. I have then had to call them back to request a refund. Very poor service”

“I called to make enquiries. I spoke to Amy who went over and above my expectations in helping us to get our water bottles to us in a very short time frame for our youth holiday. We were told they would be with us by the 10th August but we received them a week earlier which was fantastic! Thank you once again for excellent service.”
