“From my first email detailing what I wanted Amanda Whitaker was extremely helpful. The art proofs were sent through extremely quickly and then amended and sent back very quickly when I asked for changes. Everything arrived before the expected delivery dates and Amanda was always very quick to respond to my emails. We are also really pleased with the quality of the items and the price (cheaper and better quality than items we have purchased from Total Merchandise in the past). Would definitely recommend!”

“Loved the bag and the design - they looked great, however the quality of the bags seem poor, as we had extras we have been using them ourselves (very lightly) and the rope became detached on one corner on two of them on out first use. I hope the ones we gave the guests are holding up better, Thanks!”
