“Produced exactly what we required in a timely manner.”

“Our batch of 200 notebooks had our logo on perfectly but the writing had been printed wonky on all 200 copies which was a real shame. company offered to re do but unfortunatey these were needed for an important conference and so we made do with these. we did contact teh company who apoligised and offered some cashback however we still have not received this.”

“Very helpful and understanding with the confusion with our order. Quick responses when needed. Quality of bags from our initial order very high so very pleased with these. Follow up on getting new sample/refund/pick up of incorrect bags a bit slow but not a problem for us as we are not in a hurry for the bags. Overall happy with the overall customer service received.”

“Wendy was most helpful and patient. We particularly liked the virtual sample Visual of the printed item. As this was to support a Charity Walk event, this made it easier to explain to the committee! The items were delivered in good time, a thoroughly professional service, we would definitely order from GoPromotional again.”
