“I needed to see different possibilities for the design we were looking at for our key rings and went back with multiple changes. This was not an issue and the changes were back to me promptly. I was also sent a generic example of the material I was looking at so i could see the quality of the goods and the print. Our order came on time and we were very pleased with our order.One person dealt with my enquiry through to the final purchase who was very helpful. Good customer service and would use again.”

“My first contact with Go Promotional was quite impressive. The courtesy shown on the phone and the business like manner in which my enquiries were dealt with was great. The goods were paid for over the phone and the delivery date met. In fact the souvenirs arrived a day earlier than expected. My Association was quite pleased with the souvenirs. I will use Go Promotional again and recommend to other Associations. Olivia”

“I like the product ( 50 hand clappers), but found ordering online impossible as they had no place for colour choice. I also found writing endless emails to creep towards a quote and even having to write an email to repeat the quote I was asking for rather tedious. The delivery price seemed quite steep too. Once ordered the hand clappers arrived quite promptly.”

“Good quality and a timely delivery. I ordered the white branded Cork back Coasters and was a little concerned how they would appear after a spillage. Very happy that after testing a tea spillage the coaster remains in tact and free from water marks.”

“Actual product is fantastic, but unfortunately our first order slipped through somewhere and got missed causing delays and second order was firstly miss quoted then didn't come when it said it would even though I had email confirmation & rang them three times prior to triple check... So advise is order well in advance! As the actual product is great”
