“Jacob was very friendly and helpful. Calls and emails were responded to promptly. Very good customer service and the product was as beautiful as I expected. The Personalised pens were appreciated by everyone who had them. At first, I thought they were pricey but when they arrived I realised they were worthy. Communication from payment to delivery could be improved - I would have wanted a receipt emailed to me at point of purchase although payment was acknowledged I also didn't know that the delivery date given at point of purchase was a dispatch date, that could be clarified as well to avoid anxiety. I felt anxious fearing that if I didn't get the delivery, I had nothing concrete to show for the purchase since I was ordering for a company and had no receipt evidence. Overall, I would recommend to others.”
