“Laura was great she provided information on items requested, made proofs with different types of the logo for me to see so that I could choose and accept, goods were as described and delivered on time for the event planned. Will be using again.”

“Thomas provided excellent customer service from start to finish. When we found out our original product choice was no longer being manufactured, he took the time to recommend suitable alternatives and helped us find the best option. He was quick to respond to all of my questions, and his product knowledge was outstanding. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his support. “Worked with Thomas on a very last minute order and he was great! Was able to provide guidance on what we could get turned around in time, artwork approved and payment processed same day. Products arrived in time for our event and were exactly what we wanted. Thanks Thomas!”

“Received incorrect rulers. Rulers that we received are not as described or pictured in agreed to artwork. Finding it extremely difficult and frustrating to get this issue resolved. We received transparent rulers that can be folded the quality is so poor and flimsy. We ordered white plastic rulers. Had this exact same issue when ordered from Thomas Riley in August 2024 but against my better judgement ordered again from this company. Will not be using this company again as customer service is appalling.”
