“We've used GoPromotional before and always been impressed with their quality and service, which is why we came back this time! Jacob was incredibly helpful and very responsive, which created a sense of trust and ease throughout the process. The quality of the car scrapers and the print on them is top notch, and we will definitely use them again. The only reason we've docked a star is the artworking fee: we supplied the pre-designed artwork so there was no set up required on GP's end, yet we still had to pay the artworking fee which we felt was a bit unnecessary. Other than that, very happy with the service.”

“Recently ordered some tote bags for an event in London. This was one of ~10 orders I placed from various companies. Even though the products were great and everything worked in the end, the experience with GoPromotional delivery was extremely frustrating. The online tracking info said it had been delivered at a local collection point. But the collection point said they hadn't received it. Apparently it was some misunderstanding between them and DPD. This wasn't GoPromotional's fault, their responses was unapologetic. They made it sound like they had shipped it and now it wasn't their responsibility anymore. Their best course of action was "cutting a ticket to DPD" which didn't sound very promising. They didn't even have a number they could call. I was close to giving up and writing it off as an expensive mistake when the gentleman at the collection point rang DPD directly and sorted it out for me. I had collected other DPD packages from the same collection point. I had clear instructions and QR codes from those companies and there was no hassle. But GoPromotional experience and communication was frustrating. So there's clearly something amiss with their business. I give this feedback in good faith hoping they look into it.”
