“The product we ordered met the specifications well. I am not sure that the increase in the price due to the late amendment of the bag height was proportional and fair, but i did not argue it at the time. The delivery arrived safely and in plenty of time. I had been told that we would have prior advice of which courier would be used and of the date of delivery, this did not happen. Aves Press Limited”

“I would say we were that inconvenient customer. It took a long period for us to make a final decision and even longer to place our order. However despite all of this "Paul" from GoPromotional met us every step of the way. Ever demand we asked, he fulfilled, Every annoying amend we requested was not even slightly a problem for him. I would recommend doing business purely for the service I have outlined. Finally the product itself. We were onto numerous companies about getting customised notebooks. We even received several samples. None were even close to the quality of go Promotional. They arrived in a timely fashion and to the exact spec/quality that they had promised from the beginning.”

“The website at first was a little confusing as the price didn't seem to change when ordering extra stock however one call to Gopromotional was all it took to process my order, confirm everything and to call me back at a more convenient time for payment! Friendly and efficient staff and my delivery came the following day excellent service. Very happy to recommend”
