“Amanda at GoPromotional was so helpful and easy to deal with, she really assisted me in picking the right products for my company and was so quick to respond to any query or question I had. We have received all of our orders and the quality is great. All products were delivered ahead of time which was great as we were working against the clock. “We were impressed with the range of products you supply, however encountered problems once starting to go through with the order. The initial price I was quoted was higher than expected on 2 occasions and we ended up paying more than would have liked. It took a while to get proofs sorted slowing things down. We were then told the delivery date - which we understand was delayed due to your suppliers, but were advised it would be looked into to see if we could get this any quicker. We then heard nothing back. The stock came after all of our events and now is sat dormant in our storage.”

“We had an issue with the supplied product and were in a fix. Ryan was excellent and gave us a choice of alternative products which could be made in time, arranged everything which delivered to our conference directly on time as promised. The alternative produce needed to be sight unseen by us and still great. Ryan later agreed the money side and a reconciliation of payment. Thank you GoPromotional and thank you Ryan!”

“Wendy was a fantastic help and dedicated so much time to personally see that I got exactly what I was looking for and that was within my budget. The turnaround was so quick as the items were needed in a matter of a week. The items were fantastic quality and we will be using Go promotional again very soon. Wendy even had da catalogue delivered with some promotional examples which was great to look though and see the whole range to get some ideas for future events. Thank you Wendy and go promotional - you really are a cut above the rest!”

“We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of our order, however one small fault that stops us from marking it 'Very Good' is the fact we were told after placing the order we couldn't proceed with the coloured merchandise we wanted.”

“GoPromotional offers a huge selection with good prices. It was easy to get mock-ups of our logo on pens and notebooks and samples that helped our team make the best decision for our promotional items. We are quite happy with the quality and responsiveness of our representative at GoPromotional and appreciate their patience as we made our selections.”

“Cannot recommend this Company & especially Wendy, highly enough. I was one of those awkward customers who wanted the world but new nothing about promotional materials. Wendy was patient, knowledgeable and helpful through out and we are incredibly happy with the promotional pens we ordered. The items are good quality, dispatch time was very good and the customer service cannot be faulted. We will be coming back to them for future promotional goods. Thank you.”
