“The initial enquiry was dealt with very well as was the follow up to the order, unfortunately the logo on the Umbrella is very small , maybe discuss this when ordering as we were hoping for more of an impact. The Umbrella are good quality, pity the logos are so small.”

“Go Promotional offer great products and excellent customer service. I ordered the house shaped key ring, with quite a large quantity. The delivery was before the time given to me, which was great and I felt as if nothing was too much trouble. I would consider using Go Promotional for further company merchandise products in the future.”

“We have been using GoPromotional for a year now and apart from some communication issues have not had major issues. It is definitely important to check all proofs that are sent through and ensure details are correct. It is very easy to assume that as you have used then before they will know all details but it turns out that is not so. Service and assistance is very good though and would definitely use them again.”

“Very impressed with the service I received. Paul Simms was very helpful and always replied to my request in a quick, friendly and efficient way. I was also very impressed that you were able to meet the very tight time line I gave them which was only 2 weeks. Very pleased with the bags and printing and had lots of good comments from delegates.
