“Please provide an auto-update mechanism to goodsync2go. It is really annoying to manually update it every couple of weeks.”

While updates cannot run in the background as GoodSync2Go is installed on a portable device and thus must be plugged in, you can select to receive update notifications. Upon doing so, whenever the USB is inserted, the updates will run.

“Great product and I have bought 6 licences to date but ...but I found the support not so good You can't actually talk to anyone and seeing the product is very technical I need to speak to someone to help me with a few issues I have at present”

“IT WORKS PERFECTLY WHEN OPTIONS ARE WELL ESTABLISHED. NEVERTHELESS, OPTIONS AND EN RESULT OF A SYNCONIZATION IS NOT COMPLETELY CLEAR AND MAY RESULT IN DOCUMENTS BEING LOST.”

“I have been a user for GoodSync for many years and many versions. While the new version 10 of Goodsync fits in more with the look and feel of Windows 10, I find that there is a lack of ease of functionality and simplicity which was available in the previous GoodSync versions if you want to have multiple backup and syncronisation jobs as I often have instances of 6-20 different backup jobs. The display of the big folder flipping as a quarter square while analysing seems reminiscent to me of 1980s level of PC graphics. While I own both GoodSync 9 & 10 unless you need or want the new look interface I do not see a compelling reason to upgrade.”
