“The letter is amusing, even if sometimes over the top! The products are always excellent, and importantly plenty of information is given. The last order was for daylight lamp bulbs and am very happy with these. Slight niggle, I did give delivery details if I was out, which did not appear on the box and I had to collect it from the post office the next day.”

Sorry, we use the Royal Mail for our standard delivery and I don't think they offer much freedom in delivery, but if we gave the impression we could allow for this that's wrong.
