“Easy to read, entertaining, friendly and informative. Ray cover a wide range of issues and obviously not all are of interest to everyone. But clear threads run through, such as an emphasis on eating well, avoiding over processed food and the use of natural remedies where possible. The fact that they are backed up with detailed references to relevant research gives extra conviction to many of his observations. He encourages his readers to try the products sold in his online shop but without the "heavy sell".”

He began writing these in 2005 and has followed his beliefs ever since, but always backed by research - he wanted a better life for himself and his family and saw this approach as the way forward... he then decided to share his findings and this has become the Good Life Letter.
