“The good Life Letter is one of those gems that one gets invited to subscribe to occasionally, what a blessing I chose not to delete the invite, I've been an avid reader for a few years now. I've had the pleasure of replying to some of Ray's letters and always enjoy the replies from him, his sense of humour is definitely old school which I can relate to, when ray describes an occasion or an experience I can follow his verse to the tee and often chuckle at his expressions of events...A truly brilliant letter.”

Many thanks for your support, we really appreciate it. We're glad that you have found some natural remedies and supplements of value in our shop. Having asked Ray about the CoQ10 he explained that there was a lot of product available and it was difficult to find one which offered significant benefit over any other.... ...but he does support a product call Cardio-K which is specifically for supporting the cardiovascular system, and this contains 30mg of CoQ10 along with extracts of Red Rice Yeast.
