“Really really poor. Paid on a Wednesday for next day delivery and on Friday still nothing sent. I had to call up and find that the product not coming even though I took the day off work - and could be shipped Friday when it was Friday I needed it for!!!! Would not recommend and very very disappointed”

“After waiting 2 weeks i had to phone for an update on my order. apparently a technical issue meant it hadn’t gone through, however i waited another 3 weeks later i to get my bridle . Really bad customer service and slow updates”
