“Ordered charcoal took ages to come, then wasnt needed told to refuse it at door, did that 10 days ago at least still says they haven’t received it and STILL waiting on refund, even though they have the proof from royal mail that it was refused and being sent back… Fed up of emailing asking th to chase it up as i need the £50 back that im owed…. poor service”
