“Bought Magnet Hock boots which were returned and needing replacing as didnt fit the horse almost 2 weeks ago and should have been re-send by now. Never heard anything considering order value £78.00”

“My initial purchase was great, came super quick and the packaging was good and I was happy with the product however I did have to exchange my item, the exchange has taken much longer than I had thought despite knowing that the item I have exchanged for is in stock. Otherwise super happy with GS.”

“The refund for the rug that was too small but out of stock was prompt, but I am still waiting on one replacement rug and have had no communication about when it will arrive. I feel the delivery times are quite long too.”

“Having just moved to a new livery yard after a difficult few years with my horse, Tank, I was we overdue a bit of retail therapy for heading into winter. Thanks to GS Equestrian, Tank is now kitted out in the most beautiful rug, ready to face the worst of what a Welsh winter on a mountain can throw at us. I can’t help but be cheered up by my bargain, and the fact that GS allow the use of Klarna, makes treating myself and my best friend that bit more affordable! Delivery was fast and flawless too! I only wish there was a full-length raincoat for me to match!!!”
