“Ordered on 31st april - paid for express shipping as desperately need the hibiscrub for my horses mallenders. Hasnt even been dispatched by 12th May?! And you keep bombarding me for a review??? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I will not be shopping with GS equestrian again.”

“I had to follow up with customer service as it took over 3 days for my items to be dispatched despite me paying for next day delivery. I felt that the response I received was unhelpful, as it only directed me to the ‘policy’ in fine print which said items would take up to 3 days to be dispatched. If you are going to sell next day delivery as an option, you should state that the order processing time is above average for online retail.”
