“Hi, I purchased this wash gun and after only one use I noticed the plastic shampoo holder has a crack in it, causing the shampoo to leak out of the bottom. Considering the price, this is quite disappointing. I’ve only used it once and expected better quality. Could you please advise on a replacement or refund?”

“I purchased a riding crop from GS Equestrian as a Christmas gift. It arrived with the loop andlw hanging off and the main stick damaged and scuffed. I was unable to return the item as there was not time before Christmas. The packaging was fine, so the crop had clearly been sent out as a damaged item. Very disappointing.”
