“Ordered from you, was sent email saying despatched, never received, contacted you, was told had to raise investigation with Royal Mail, 7 days later contacted you again to ask what was happening tracking was still saying g in transit and still no parcel, you then emailed me to say order had been refunded, no explanation no offer of replacement order, just refund issued no other explanation or apology or anything . Very poor customer service . Will it order from you ever again. Went straight to shores ordered all the stuff I had placed with you and more , and received within 24 hours of placing my order . So would advise anyone wanting to place an order to go else where.”

“Ordered an indestructible ball for my dog.. unfortunately he didn’t entertain it at all, due to it being too big to fit in his mouth. We gave to a friend who has a dog.. and he loves it!! Quite possibly the wrong size ball was bought.. May buy a smaller ball in the near future.”
