“Well I didnt actually receive what I ordered I ordered a holter and instead got a guy rope i payed 75$ FOR THE HOLTER that i didnt get so i would like to know where it is that I payed for im unable to give a photo as it was a gift and I wasn't there when they opened they told me it wasn't what they asked to be ordered Regards lisa”

“Firstly.... Excellent customer care, after muddling my order and personal information I had a very personal response that answered all my concerns putting my mind at rest. The products ordered arrived promptly, were well packed and were exactly as expected, matching pictures and written descriptions on the website. “The only reason I have given this a 4 star review is due to my consignment being lost by the courier. The back up service From GS was excellent and my parcel arrived eventually. I would suggest GS change the current courier Royal Mail to a more reliable service where tracking is better.”
