“Excellent website - purchased an item which arrived well packaged and on time. Sadly, the item did not meet the requirements of the job and I had to return it. Easy guide to return - all the necessary paperwork completed and it was sent back. Received notice of its arrival - checked and the refund in my account within 24 hours. I cannot criticise the firm at all - the error was mine but the way they dealt with it was exceptional. Brilliant and would recommend firm to others.”
