“I ordered 3 salt licks on the 21st of march and it said it was confirmed, it’s now the 5th of April and I phoned them about a week ago and they said it was coming on a Friday, now it’s Sunday and still no parcel. I wanted these for my long stay away this week but I don’t think I can count on that, tried to email however said it’s not found & will phone again, carry on!”

“The product was exactly as ordered, no problems However, the product was a week late, which compromised the safety of my Horses as the item was essential for field safety. Whilst we managed to budget until the product arrived, this delay was unexpected and not notified. It was only when I emailed to enquire as to where the product was the answer stated that the product was on order, then miraculously arrived that day! So I would rate this poor customer service experience”
