“Took ages to dispatch (I had to chase) then was delivered to someone else,(no note through my door) and that took a further 4 days to investigate! Only to be given a refund, it was a haynet, would have probably been an idea just to send another one as the whole process took about 2 weeks”

“I received my coat for my dog and I was not disappointed it fitted perfectly and the quality was great ive bought other coats for him in the past but nothing compares to this one I would definitely recommend this to all dog owners.”

“Excellent prices, good quality and range. I had an issue with one item on a previous order with a bag of mouldy stud muffins (actually a manufacturer problem, NOT GS equestrian. Manufacturer totally ignored me but GS equestrian replied immediately and sent me a new bag. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered two pairs of boots for my girls and I have to say they are stunning, the quality is next level. They will be delighted on Christmas morning. The delivery did take a while but it is the Christmas rush so it's forgiven 🤣 I had to contact customer service and their reply was prompt and reassuring. I will be returning again for my next purchases. Thanks”
