“Delivery extremely delayed and then only received one item. had to purchase elsewhere due to the delayed delivery. On dispute they then sent the items i asked for them not to. Explained this and they said the deliver is now on the way after I had asked for this to be cancelled. Advised to turn the delivery away - over 6 weeks in dispute and they are now saying I received all items with no proof. of delivery as I refused delivery. I paid for delivery which is furhter insult to the way this company behaves! Order with caution and expect long delays past the agreed delivery date.”

“Apparently the leggings were very much appreciated however the delivery was ridiculously slow and communication poor. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for our niece which we had hoped to give her when we visited them on the 21st. It didn’t arrive until Xmas Eve so by the time we resent it to them it was a very delayed gift and we didn’t have the pleasure of seeing her receive it.”

“I'm a non horsey townie who found GS via Google. Just wanted some waterproof boots to walk the dog, but didn't fancy paying £300+. The prices and quality here are excellent. Reluctantly had to return boots , just didn't fit. Returns/refund went without a hitch. Bought my son some great wellies and shoe cleaning products. Will definitely use in future”
