“Ordered a saddle pad which was delayed in the warehouse. The Team were brilliant and got it shipped asap . Unfortunately the saddle pad was too small so I had to return the item. Which was easy to do online and my return was processed efficiently. I use GS equestrian frequently and are always satisfied.”

“Ordered two pairs of girls jodphurs, unfortunately, only one pair arrived. Contacted the customer service department and they immediately arranged for a replacement for the missing item to be dispatched. Very impressed with this company.”

“Product ordered. Did not get delivered within the timescale given. No communication from GS. After a fortnight I emailed. They responded to say the stock had gone to the wrong warehouse and they were trying to get it back. They said they would post it as next day delivery once it arrived. 1 week later my product arrived. Don’t bother if you have a product you need quickly!”
