“Im sure this review is never be seen , much like most bad reviews! Although i can no longer stay silent, i order alot from gs equestrian because its well priced, although shipping takes so long that you need to give yourself 20 days notice , my current order has been in ‘packing ‘ for 10 days and upon contacting them they tell me oh this product is out of stock , when was i to receive a email? When telling them i need my order like 5 days ago they tell me they Will dispatch today ( 2 days ago) the order is still in ‘packing’ i understand they will be busy but it shouldnt take that ling to but 5 items in a box , i shop with gs normally 2 times a month never any order under £100, I’ve tried priority shipping and received it after 10 days and they told me me the time frame is a estimated, if im paying extra i dont expect to receive it in the same time frame as a standard is recommended, i find the packing process takes the longest, im starting to think they have one single person packing all the orders , because thats how long it seems to take Gs do better And let people see my review so they know that you take about a week to pack”
