“Excellent prices, good quality and range. I had an issue with one item on a previous order with a bag of mouldy stud muffins (actually a manufacturer problem, NOT GS equestrian. Manufacturer totally ignored me but GS equestrian replied immediately and sent me a new bag. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered two pairs of boots for my girls and I have to say they are stunning, the quality is next level. They will be delighted on Christmas morning. The delivery did take a while but it is the Christmas rush so it's forgiven 🤣 I had to contact customer service and their reply was prompt and reassuring. I will be returning again for my next purchases. Thanks”

“Ordered a rug from GS on November 26th as a gift, nothing too challenging, or so I thought. Three weeks later after sending me a tracking number, out of the blue on December 15th they refunded my purchase. If you are gift hunting avoid disappointment by avoiding GS Equestrian.”
