i made and spayed with Pay Pal ,,29.99.+9.99 trp for 12 bottle of Italian merlot wine on 16th July and am steel waiting for dispatch number ,so is Pay PAL ,,and i bin told from them no number ,,they cant relish the money,,,that make ,,bad for you,, hanser back pleas ........

I ordered a set of headphones 1 month ago & they never arrived. I contacted both the merchant & gogroopie but neither got back to me so I decided to ask PayPal to refund my money, it was only after that I got a response from both merchant & gogroopie, the merchant reckons he sent it and it got lost but then he asked me to supply my address again! I told them I just wanted a refund so I am still waiting for PayPal to refund me apparently it takes 7 days. Never again will I use gogroopie..

I ordered a virtual reality headset 2 months ago the item did not arrive as promised. I rang up go groopie on the 13/7 they said they will chase up the merchant who should be in contact with me in 7 days to no avail. Lady I spoke to adv they sent them a email on the 13/07 but have had no response if I would like them to chase them up or they can issue me a refund. I went for the refund. First & last time I will order. I really dont recommend using go groopie use them if you dont want your item to arrive. Better to use Groupon your goods actually ARRIVE on date given not like go groopie. I will never use them again and will tell all my friends not to. Very poor although I have to say everytime I have rang go groopie the customer service staff have been very professional, polite and understanding.

Very bad company lack of communication when items don't get delivered. No communication at all with the companies my orders were supposed to be from so glad I finally got a refund.

I bought a voucher for a U neck at the end of November 2015. The device was faulty and was sent back to the merchant in Spain. Although I have now had my refund the return postage for sending this to Spain is still outstanding. I have bought several items via GoGroopie and this isn't the only complaint I have had to make when things go wrong. Never again!!!!!

I bought a voucher for dinner bed and breakfast for friends as a gift. When they called the location, the merchant told them they had withdrawn this offer some months ago and Go Groopie had been told multiple times. When I asked for a refund and compensating for fraudulently taken my money in exchange for a deal that had not been available for months, I was issued store credit. I asked for my money back which in their own terms I am entitled to. When I emailed again explaining I want my money back not credit, I got the same response saying I had already had a credit refund. I have emailed again, stating my statutory consumer rights , quoted their own terms and conditions to them and I am still 79.00 worse off, no gift and nothing to show for it. This is illegal and I am furious. Noone is reading what I have to say , I keep getting the same response " I can see you have had a credit refund" !!! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDING - ITS MINE.

Your cancellation request falls outside of the 14 day Cancellation Policy, so you are entitled to a credit refund. However, after speaking with the merchant they have confirmed that they have not advised anyone that they are no longer working with us, so you are able to use your voucher to make a booking with them. I ordered a steam mop at the end of February and it still hasn't arrived. Have had and endless correspondence with go Groopie with them saying they were emailing the company and awaiting a response. They then said four weeks ago it would be delivered by the end of tbe following week (the end of april) it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed again and they told me to wait another seven working days. I am having to wait over two months for my product and it still isn't here.

Absolutely shocking. Voucher doesn't work. Will not answer calls. Emailed them multiple times and they have accused me of never sending them and email. Have carried out confirmation emails to other people and they are all received fine. Still not got this sorted. Do not do business with them.

Hi Mathew, Thank you for sending us your PayPal receipt. We were able to use this to locate your voucher which we have forwarded to your Gmail account. Vouchers are sent automatically to the email address you provide upon purchase and can be accessed at any time through your GoGroopie account. If you cannot find the voucher in your inbox it could have been filtered, so please check all mailboxes. It seems in this case that you asked for the voucher to be sent to your Hotmail account which we did not have on file, rather than the Gmail account you were using to contact us. Non receipt of goods - one week to get a reply to emails! Ordered the 80 bumper pack of toilet rolls on 14th February. It is now the 14th of April and I still don't have them. Have had two emails from gogroupie following my contact with them. I wait a week each time for a response. I have asked for a refund and again, awaiting response. Won't use them again.

I purchased two holiday wallets from a company called Fizzy Peach , only one arrived and that was damaged . Tried getting in touch with them but no surprise there's no phone number . The company is run by a Joanne Pagnell . Tried to ring the go groopie customer care number but again no surprise NO answer !!

Ordered and paid for my goods but not received. Chased through customer service said they would send out another set as the first must be lost in the post. The second set has not arrived and I have been told my customer service that it's highly unlikely 2 sets to have gone missing, well I've received zero! Asked customer service when and how the 3rd set has been sent and not heard anything. I will be contacting my credit card company to try to retrieve my money. Avoid!

Terrible customer care this is the second item I have ordered that after a number of weeks still not arrived. The first item after chasing it up with them a number of times I eventually got a refund but I really wanted the item I ordered. Again I am currently chasing up another item and all customer care do is tell me the supplier will email me within the next 7 days only for the email never to arrive. I think it is just to keep me quiet for a week and hope the item arrives in the meantime. Had to chase customer care up again this morning it is now 6 weeks and still no item. If they have run out of the item I wish they would just tell me honestly.

I ordered from them on two occassions and haven't received both items despite contacting a member of staff due to being unable to retrieve the voucher code etc. Not impressed in the slightest.

Absolutely disgraceful company. My mum had ordered 3 products off there. Still awaiting the first one to be sent which was ordered in OCTOBER. Called to query several times what is going and get told they will email the supplier and come back to us. THEY NEVER DO. Paid postage aswell on items that have never arrived. So sick of chasing and so sick of worrying about this. Who ever runs this company needs to really question why they're in business at all. Terrible service and terrible company. I would make a formal complaint if there was a complaints process!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! I had to chase up a product I ordered and I was at the point of chasing a refund when it finally (after 3 calls chasing) turned up a week after the latest date for delivery! Now a few weeks later the product has stopped working - useless quality. Study their website and it directs you to the Merchant for these issues - BUT there is no Merchant - it appears to be a fake company and there are no contact details at all despite Go Groopie claimng they always publish a valid email address for the Merchant. I cannot even get Go Groopie to answer their phone during opening hours to ask for the contact details. Waste of money and I will never use this appalling compay again!

They are very unreliable and don't care about the costumer at all , I purchase along time around 2 months ago but the don't sent it to me and after few times contact with them after 8 weeks they said they just can refund the money, I have to say I bought the item as a birthday gift and I promise to some one but ????? I really embarrassed front of that person specially that person is a kid

I ordered a Mattress from them in December still waiting offered a refund but no reply phoned several times no one answers. when they do they say they will contact the supplier who never receives the message and hasn't even received the original order. Today i managed to talk to someone on a poor phone connection they then put me onto the refund dept. waited for 30 mins no reply. This company is a joke. No money no refund no compensation. They are a joke

Rubbish customer care support. I ordered an goods that said to allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. I let this time lapse but still the goods hadn't arrived so I phoned customer care to let them know. I spoke to Emily who said that she would contact the supplier (Giftright) who would then contact me to arrange delivery but if the goods haven't still arrived I was to ring back after 7 days. I still didn't receive any email or goods after 8 days, so I phoned gogroopie again, this time I spoke to Jo who asked me if I would like to continue to wait for the goods or have a refund. I decided that I would prefer a refund on this occasion. Jo said that she had done the refund and sent an email to confirm. When I got the email it said that it would take up to another 2 weeks to complete. 3 days later I got another email cancelling the refund because the supplier said that they had sent the goods. I was not happy as I had ordered the goods from someone else. I phoned gogroopie again and spoke to Emily again to find out why and to reinstate the refund as the goods were no longer required and I have waited long enough without any contact. Emily said that the goods were sent and I will only get a refund after I return the goods. I asked when the goods were sent to me but she didn't know. When I pointed out they may have sent them 3 weeks ago and that was the purpose of my first call. When I asked to speak to someone else she informed me there wasn't any one else there who was a supervisor or manager and that they would say the same as her. I said that I wanted to pursue this further so could have a number I could ring, Emily informed me that there wasn't another number and the one I had rung was it. So no resolution, catch 22 can't have a refund until I return so called sent goods. Can't return goods until I've received them. Forget about customer service it's a no win situation, very unhelpful just give lip service but not helpful. If you receive your ordered goods, fine. If you don't, prepare for the runaround with no helpful solution. I won't be using gogroopie again, not worth the effort that is required.
