I have still not received the child's tablet that was ordered on 22 September the merchant bazaar-me keep saying they have sent it Then a replacement. this has not arrived don't think it is going to either just a con by bazaar -me go groopie should sort this out with the merchant and make good the orders I will be asking for a refund

ordered and paid for 2 items the same. paid 2 lots of delivery charge only to have 1 item delivered. been chasing the co who sold the item and gogroupie and it would seem that even go groupie cant get an answer from the vendor. When I looked on the net seen that there was similar problems with the vendor so fetl that gogroupie should have stopped selling on their behalf.

ordered a kids android tablet on the 23rd of September and it still has not arrived I've messaged go groopie and the supplier bazaar all they keep saying is that it will be with me in coming days I ask what that means and just get the same email back it's a joke money wasted going to have to go out and buy a tablet again but from a proper vender I have asked about a refund but that email just got ignored and had no reply do not use go grot it is a scam

I ordered 3 X mermaid tails, they are nothing like picture or as described. I want a refund and the company are refusing to refund my money! Emailed GOgroupie - getting no where!! Do not use!!!

I order a kids tablet on the 1st of October I was charged twice I emailed go groopie and they refunded one voucher. But I am still waiting I have emailed bazaar and gogroopie but heard nothing from either company

I am another person who is awaiting a shark tail blanket. I have tried calling and emailing both GoGroupie and the merchant but the emails are either ignored or I am sent a standard response that does not help in the slightest. I am furious now. I think GoGroupie is a con and I will never be ordering from them again. I just wish I had read this website before ordering.

Hi I purchased a shark tail blanket on 27th September and mermaid blanket on 30th. I have not received either. I have emailed the vendors and called but no response and emailed yourself. I am disgusted with the service and believe it to be a scam. Will someone please contact me and refund all my monies.

Wish I had looked at this website before ordering! Ordered kids tablet - told 3 friends to order but no-one has received yet. My voucher had gone into my junk so I have ordered after the others (and when I contacted customer services I did receive a reply next day but by then I had sorted it myself.) 2/3 friends have asked for a refund but not heard anything as far as I know. Guess I need to get a refund as well.........

Having purchased a watch from noah van kendor as a present for my husband, we've been trying unsuccessfully to get either a replacement or refund from either the vendor or go groopie, dispenser numerous emails and telephone calls we are still no further forward, so if anybody is thinking about buying a watch from this vendor please please beware,this vendor has the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and on that basis we will never purchase anything from go groopie again. Disgusted buyer.

I have been waiting for a refund on an item incorrectly sent for Three months! This was returned through their own courier and I can't honestly see what the problem can be. After sending a dozen emails and getting excuses,I have given up. Buy your goods elsewhere...Not recommended!

My junk mail folder is overloaded every single day with rubbish from Go Groopie. Everyday I block the email addresses that the rubbish comes from but then they just use different ones. This has been going on for weeks. I don't know what this company is and did not join this company or sign up for their emails.

Sent completely different goods to what I ordered. Asked for a refund and had to go through so much hassle to get this. I constantly emailed to ask for the goods to be returned (I was not paying for goods I had not ordered to be returned). Eventually got my refund after a month and then had to wait a further month and half to confirm I was disposing of the goods. I kept being asked to give the merchant 7 days. Terrible customer service I will not use or promote GoGroopie to anyone. Not even sorry we got it wrong.

Bought a voucher for a pair of Bose sports earphones from these. Redeemed the voucher but it took almost 2 months for the goods to turn up. I was away at the time when they arrived so only recently tried them. Let's just say the build quality isn't that of Bose. Have spoken to Bose who have strong suspicions that they are fakes. The retailer is Gadget Gift Store, and you are unable to google a phone number for them. Trying to call Gogroopie and the phone just rings and rings, even though they are apparently open from 10-4. I will be contacting Trading Standards about both of these companies! I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole any more!!!

After waiting 6 weeks for delivery the blouse ordered is of such poor quality it look like it's been made by a child. Stitching not caught leaving open gap on the sleeve, overlocking very rough and cotton not trimmed off the buttons. There was no invoice or returns address included in the parcel so it looks like I suck with it. Be very aware before you order from GoGroopie.

Sold city breaks with no availability and struggling to get a refund. Please be careful with this company, shop elsewhere, customer service isn't good, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Useless is being kind to them. Bought a holiday voucher, when I tried to book, surprise, surprise the dates I wanted were not available - unless I paid another £60 each. When I said I'd have refund, suddenly it was available, but arrive at hotel gone midnight and fly back at 7am. Eventually promised a refund on the card I paid on in 7-10 days. Initially wanted to credit gogroopie account. 20 days later no refund and no reply to email. Bank are going to refund money. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I purchased a voucher in July 2016 for my daughter and her husband to attend the Jongleurs comedy club. When they tried to book the club they couldn't get through and after doing some detective work found out that the club in Scotland had closed months before this offer was advertised. I have called on numerous occasions hanging on for ages everytime I tried to contact, eventually got through and was advised someone from another department would contact me, I watied and waited no call back, called again the next day where I was informed they were looking into it. Still no call back, called again where i was advised they would credit into my account, no way I won't be using gogroppie ever again, I requested my money back where I was then infomred they would need to contact the sellers, again I waited and had to call them, I was told the money would be back into my account in 7 days, 7 days passed and no money received, I called again to be told it had been a mistake and would go in in the next 48 hours.. Still waiting..... I will never use go groopie and will advise all my family and friends of the same.. Their customer service is non existent.
