I'm sick of trying to get an answer from gogroopie ref paying postage so I've cancelled my voucher n I want a refund asap got what I wanted elsewhere and it'll be here tomorrow so REFUND PLEASE ASAP

Ordered voucher from go groupie middle Jan 15, never received item , have e mailed them on various occasions, my last e mail a few days ago, I told them I was taking the matter further, today 3 1/2 months later I have received e mail to say they have credited my groopie account, not good enough I wanted my money refunded back to my card , I shall spend my credits but will think twice about buying again, customer service very poor.

The last two items I have ordered have not turned up even though I placed my order we within the allotted time scale. That's a success rate of 2/3. Very disappointing. Mary Wells.

Last few items I have ordered have been a dis.sapointment. One item I never received, and last item ordered two,only one arrived had to pay another P&P costs even though exactly the same item and hardly any weight in them. So now waiting for the second dress. Dont think I shall order again from you.

I placed an order for the Clinique Anti-ageing pack on the 5th March 15 and said it would take 2-3 weeks. its now the 2 April and still not arrived, i have redeemed the voucher and had an email back confirming. It was a present for a friend but her birthday was yesterday.....not happy.

I have purchased a smoothie maker for my daughters birthday and it's arrived as stated but very badly damaged with no protective packaging whatsoever it came from Londonexchain and I have e - mailed them direct with no response today is my daughters birthday so needless to say she won't be receiving her desired gift can someone help?

I do not know why I persist in using this site.. It causes more hassle than it's worth.. the biggest problem for me is vouchers refusing to be activated. It is so frustrating!

I don't like paying for an article that I DONT receive and your responce to my query was to basically pass the buck and leave it to the supplier to contact me which they haven't and I don't think they will

Hi yes I am experiencing the same. Its taken ages I have emailed twice. the voucher wouldn't download. I wanted the duvet as a present but now its gone past the birthdate. Worst thing that worries me is that the customer service tel number now does NOt exist. I have asked them for my money back but received nothing. I am going to take this up with trading standards now as this customer service does not exist and disgusting. Denise Fox Cheddar

Ordered stuff in Jan 2015 Paid but no goods. Tried to contact Go Groupie 4 times by e mail but they won't reply. Never received a voucher to redeem goods.

My daughter ordered the solar lights and she didnt see anywhere to add the gogroopie voucher number however put it into the notes. She was therefore charged £20 over what should have been the price. I contacted them immediately they asked for the voucher number which I emailed immediately although they did say she had failed to add the voucher which is incorrect. It is more than a month later and we still havent had the refurnd despite several emails with somebody covering for the owner when he was on holiday. I await his response again but poor customer service. As another thing although the lights were delivered quite quickly and packaged well they are rubbish really wouldnt have bothered if we had realised they give literally zero light .... would never purchase anything again from this supplier.

Very disappointed. I gave bought things on go Groopie before with no issues. However a few weeks ago I bought two vouchers for duvets which I have been unable to redeem. I tried contacting the retailer who said they couldn't help, I have contacted gogroopie several times via their website and Google and eventually over two weeks later, got one reply telling me how to redeem the vouchers which was totally useless as the didnt work and as they took so long to reply the vouchers had expired. Obviously they read my emails explaining the issues. I contacted them again several times asking for a refund and have still heard nothing. There is no phone number, they clearly do not monitor their inbox or they would have my many messages. I will have to take this further as it seems I am not the only one with this issue. I only gave the rating I did because I have used them in the past with no problems.

After submitting q comment on this site I received email from groopie as promised they say my monies will be refunded in 24 hours ,but I,m not holding out to much hope on this ,we,all see ,will let you know

Been waiting months for refund after numerous emails sent to them they promised refund in 14 day ,one month later no refund ,wake up an smell the coffee groopie you losing customer very day ,I want my money back

On 3\3\15 I ordered an LCD Dashboard cam, a week later I emailed the company Eurosfield who supplies them, got response off them within 10minutes, said the item would be with me within 5 working days, however when I emailed them again on 18/3/15 no response, this is no way to treat customers.

I've previously ordered with go groupie the last two items I've ordered I haven't received my vouchers I've emailed customer service but it says it will take 5 to 7 days to respond not very happy about this
