“From when I first contacted Glow Green they were extremely helpful and professional, helping me choose the right boiler at the best price, giving technical information, and arranging delivery and installation quickly. The engineer Richard was excellent. He arrived on time, was polite and professional and did a great job. A problem occurred and Richard worked non-stop to sort it out. Afterwards, he cleaned up and carefully explained the thermostat and settings to me. Glow Green then phoned me to check that everything was ok. From start to finish Glow Green provided a first-class service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Fast, efficient, very thorough, painstaking, tidy, clean, and pleasant installation of new gas boiler and radiator by Sam, who worked tirelessly all day. Booking the new boiler was a bit daunting to begin with because of many different emails from different office staff of Glow Green and I had difficulty providing the photos required. However, very pleased with the outcome.”
