“Really friendly service, within a week of enquiry i had an engineer out fixing anew boiler. Engineer was really nice, clean and communicated the process. The delivery of the boiler was late and the engineer had to go and collect it which then delayed the fit. But overall i am very happy, one week in the new boiler is working well and the finance options are excellent :)”

“Very good price. Very quick installation, less than one week. Although the boiler was working straight away it took about 4 weeks to get an electrician to install an isolation switch and remove some old control boxes belonging to my old boiler, but this didn't cause me any problems. Altogether with the quick installation, good price and 12 year guarantee I think Glow Green provided good value for money”

“Excellent service although had to chase on a couple of issues but got a response after a few emails could have been a bit quicker to respond rather then having to re respond to get an answer to my question in the first place which was a bit frustrating but a minor issue otherwise very happy just a thought when sending emails can you please respond rather then having to chase up as we are all busy people a first response would be appreciated rather then having to wait for a response to my query which is rather disappointing to be fair especially when the nominated person who sent the first email does not respond to reply which was responded to on same day could be more rapid in replying or at least acknowledging the fact the email has been received rather then not responding at all and meaning having to spend time trying to get an answer to my enquiry via other means disappointing in this regard common curtsey would be a possible improvement it only takes seconds to respond to an email??? Who knows??”
