“Overall the service and workmanship from Glow Green is excellent. The only thing that I would say is that one has to remember to book their annual service without any prompt from Glow Green themselves. Okay, so this may not necessarily be a problem for anyone who remembers to book, although if you do forget, there goes your warranty! Quality and efficiency of the actual engineers is really good.”

“Happy customer. I am really happy with my solar system purchased from Glow Green. The service from start to finish was very professional and they have delivered a quality product. Ross, Dimutriu and the installation team were very tidy efficient and were polite and respectful throughout. The quotation process was easy and there was no hard selling just reasonable prices and the team were very knowledgeable. I had done my research so knew I wanted a diverter for my hot water system and the bird protection for the panels, there was no upsell on this, asked and they were added no problem. When the team quoted the survey was done remotely, when it came to the installation 1 panel would not fit. This was a shame but the roof was only so big! The materials arrived a couple of days before the install by pallet. We did have to break these down to get them into the property ourselves, as the lorry couldn't get them on the driveway. Wasn't an issue but make sure you are available on the delivery day. The excess materials were collected the week after the installation and the pick up driver palletised them for us which was great. There was a blip with the scaffolders as they original company did not turn up as expected. However the team at Glow green arranged an alternative company and my installation still went ahead as planned. I would recommend Glow green to anyone wanting Solar. Great experience so far.”
