“I completed the details online, all quite easy. I do have a medical issue so phoned the number given on Globelink web, quite straight forward, I paid extra to cover the replacement knee! and then completed the Globelink form giving the reference I received from the medical assessment number. Unfortunately I do not have a printer, and didn't want to ask anyone else to print out my insurance, so I phoned customer service. I don't know the name of the person I spoke to but she was very pleasant and said she would send me a hard copy in the post. It arrived the following day!!!! Hopefully I won't need to use the insurance, proof of the pudding would be made at that stage, but I am very happy to recommend the excellent service I have received so far.”

“Living outside the UK, I had a few problems because of age and because of the interface between the website and my server. All was solved when I was contacted by 'phone to resolve the questions.”

“Bought the travel insurance - annual 71+ policy - on-line. Website clear and easy to navigate. Cover offered clearly stated and with options to increase if considered insufficient. Excellent with approach and attitude to pre-existing medical conditions. Overall good cover at a very reasonable cost. Insurance sorted in about 10 minutes and all documentation received immediately. Premiums very competitive compared with others we looked at.”

“The website was easy to use and the click throughs for more details worked well. It didn't worry me that I didn't need to speak to a 'real person', as my requirements were straightforward. The policy documents were sent electronically immediately, which was useful as I had left arranging this until a day or so before travelling.”

“We contacted Globelink because our provider of 5 years had wthdrawn from the travol market. Contact with another 2suppliers had not produced good results. Following a viwing on yor website we then used the Spanih link phone number and 2hours later we had acceptale travel insurance. Tracy and Susan at health check were pleasant and efficient. This is kind of service needed by ex-patriots who are sometimes regarded as stateless people. Thanks for your help. James Smith & Jean Sutherland.”

“When I called to extend my travel insurance, and that of my wife, I got to speak to the relevant person straight away - there was no waiting, no need for explanation, no holding on. She was already aware of my email request, and told me that she was working on it, but needed some confirmation. I found her to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The next day I phoned back and she (Tracey) informed me that she had been able to extend both my insurance and that of my wife.”
