“My rating is based on the purchasing process and the ease of navigating the website. Obviously the true test of an insurance product is in the event of having to make a claim. Fortunately I have not needed to make a claim and hope I never have to.”

“Relatively quick and simple to complete the required information. The documents were emailed within seconds of payment being made. It's not the first time I've used Globelink, but I can't comment on claiming as I haven't had to do that yet. I do feel as though I have peace of mind when I travel though so all's good. I would use them again.”

“Delighted to find a Travel Insurance firm that applies common sense to users problems without unnessary restrictions. My current Insurer simply slammed the door on me as soon as cancer was mentioned, when the condition is almost gone. To be refused close to my holiday was devestating. You will be my Insurer of choice for the future.”
